Facial Reflex Therapy applies the principles of foot reflexology working on micro-maps of the body through your most visible feature: your face. Through facial maps and energy meridians it aims at stimulating the brain and nerve system to initiate the healing process. A very calming, grounding treatment, it can help with stress and health imbalances and to maintain wellness and well-being.

I enjoyed 2 facial treatments from Veronica helping with the relaxation of my tight jaw. It’s hard to try and put the sessions in words because they are so much more than a massage. Veronica has a calming, healing energy which in itself is so relaxing - something i am usually not particularly good at. I feel the positive change in my jaw for days after. The massage is extremely comfortable, powerful and calming. I could not recommend Veronica high enough.

Second maintenance sports massage with Tessa. She is great. Finds the tight spots but it isnt so bad as she distracts you with being chatty and funny.

I had an amazing reflexology session with Laura on Saturday
It was so relaxing! Laura is very attentive and puts you at great ease and she certainly knows her stuff.
The treatment was tailored to my needs
I was made to feel very relaxed.
The treatment has left me feeling very calm relaxed and with less aches and pains
I shall definitely be going back to see Laura in the not to distance future.
