This is a longer initial session to allow for a full consultation before the treatment (subsequent treatments are normally 60mins). Facial therapies - 1hr £85

Facial Reflex Therapy applies the principles of foot reflexology working on micro-maps of the body through your most visible feature: your face. Through facial maps and energy meridians it aims at stimulating the brain and nerve system to initiate the healing process. A very calming, grounding treatment, it can help with stress and health imbalances and to maintain wellness and well-being.

Cranio Sacral Therapy is an extremely gentle, non invasive form of therapy that aims to support the body's innate healing. Gentle touch is used at various points around the body and clients often feel a peaceful, wave-like sensation.

Tui na is Traditional Chinese Medical massage involving gentler (yin) and more energetic (yang) manipulations of the body. It addresses both the internal – state of mind and organs – and external – muscles, tendons, fascia.
