Facial Reflex Therapy applies the principles of foot reflexology working on micro-maps of the body through your most visible feature: your face. Through facial maps and energy meridians it aims at stimulating the brain and nerve system to initiate the healing process. A very calming, grounding treatment, it can help with stress and health imbalances and to maintain wellness and well-being.

Tui na is Traditional Chinese Medical massage involving gentler (yin) and more energetic (yang) manipulations of the body. It addresses both the internal – state of mind and organs – and external – muscles, tendons, fascia.
